1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GAZUM® Market Intelligence platform ("Service"), operated by GAZUM® Corp. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GAZUM® Market Intelligence is a web-based stock market scanning and analysis platform that provides:

  • Real-time and delayed stock market data
  • Stock scanning tools and customizable scanners
  • AI-powered analysis, scores, and predictions
  • Chart visualization and technical analysis tools
  • Earnings and economic calendar information
  • News aggregation and sentiment analysis
  • Backtesting capabilities
  • Alert and notification systems

The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

  • FREE: Limited features, no payment required
  • PRO: Enhanced features, monthly or annual subscription
  • ENTERPRISE: Full features, monthly or annual subscription

4.2 Pricing and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD)
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
  • Trial periods: No charge if cancelled before trial ends

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraud
  • Violate any securities laws or regulations

6.1 No Financial Advice

6.2 Investment Risks

6.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee that:

  • Market data will be accurate, complete, or timely

  • Scanner results will identify profitable opportunities
  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAZUM® TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Trading losses or investment decisions based on the Service
  • Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
  • Any damages exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

8.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

8.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
