Which plan do I need for the AutoPilots?

ENTERPRISE. The Futures AutoPilot and the Stock AutoPilot both sit behind one ENTERPRISE-only feature, AI Trading Agents. No Starter Pack grants them.

Shadow mode comes first: the agent decides and logs every decision but places no orders. Automated trading can lose money; past results don't predict future results.

Does FREE get real-time quotes?

No: real-time quotes start at PRO. FREE still includes the dashboard shell, the market-holiday calendar, the Fear & Greed index, the indicator library (3 custom, 3 active), a limited Trade Journal (50 manual trades a month, 1 playbook), the Live Room in read-only mode and Polygon crypto and futures connectivity.

Is the DOM (Depth of Market) on PRO?

No. Depth of Market is ENTERPRISE only on the plan ladder. It is also included in the Futures Starter pack, so a FREE or PRO user can add that pack and get the DOM, Times & Sales, 2 DepthVision widgets, Rithmic data and Auction IQ at 50 queries a day without moving to ENTERPRISE.

Are TPO charts on PRO?

Yes. The Market Profile TPO chart is on PRO and ENTERPRISE, not FREE. Auction IQ, the AI commentary on the TPO chart, is PRO and up too: 200 queries a day on PRO, unlimited on ENTERPRISE.

The Futures Starter pack includes Auction IQ at 50 queries a day, but not the TPO chart itself.

AI Coach, AI Trading Coach, AI Copilot: what is the difference?

They are separate products:

AI Coach (PRO and up): the in-app AI chat for talking through your trading. 25 questions a day on PRO, unlimited on ENTERPRISE.
AI Trading Coach (ENTERPRISE): an external AI coaching service integrated into the platform. 25 questions a day.
AI Copilot (ENTERPRISE): the flagship GAZUM trading assistant, 50 questions a day.
Pre-trade Coach (PRO and up): an AI second opinion on one order before you place it.
AutoPilot Coach (ENTERPRISE): a weekly AI review of your AutoPilot's performance, with settings recommendations.

Do Starter Packs replace a plan?

Is there a free trial?

The plans carry no built-in trial days. Trial access is granted individually, by invitation code or by a promotion code issued to you, and there is no self-serve ENTERPRISE trial. During the controlled launch, access is by invitation: request early access and we will tell you what is available.
